Shipping Policy – CRYO DIVISION™

At CRYO DIVISION™, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, promotional campaigns, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We currently use Aramex Store to Door for deliveries within South Africa.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address information, customs inspections (if applicable), or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotional offers or free shipping campaigns.
CRYO DIVISION™ reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most locations within South Africa. Certain remote or high-risk areas may experience extended delivery times or limited courier availability.
If delivery to your area is unavailable, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier system.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
CRYO DIVISION™ will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
- Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, CRYO DIVISION™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Load shedding
- Public holidays
- Civil unrest
- Customs or security inspections
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Delivery delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
- We may require supporting evidence, including photographs of packaging and products.
CRYO DIVISION™ reserves the right to investigate claims before issuing any replacement, store credit, or refund.
We are not responsible for:
- Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
- Theft after delivery
- Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
9. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- The customer was unavailable,
- The address was incorrect,
- Delivery was refused, or
- The parcel was unclaimed,
the customer may be responsible for additional delivery fees before the order can be re-shipped.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
11. International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected orders. Delivery times, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and regulations vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
CRYO DIVISION™ is not responsible for customs delays, import charges, or confiscated shipments.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, CRYO DIVISION™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, failed deliveries, courier errors, or circumstances outside of our control.
